Technical platform
Mailio runs on a European, Open-Xchange based email platform provided through our platform partner. The platform has been in professional use since 2005. You get webmail, IMAP/SMTP for phone and computer, calendar, contacts and tasks.
Email security
Connections to the mail servers are encrypted (TLS), and the mailio.dk domain is protected with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which help receiving servers detect forged email.
Is Mailio the same as Mailo?
No. Mailio.dk is a Danish service from Vores IT ApS. Mailo.com is a separate French email provider. The names are similar, but the companies, prices and terms are different.
