Having problems?
- Check the status above. If we know about a disruption or planned maintenance, it is shown here.
- Check your own connection. Try signing in to webmail in a browser. If webmail works, the problem is often in your email program or phone. See the guides for phone and computer.
- Contact support. If the status says everything is running normally and it still does not work, write to us at support.mailio.dk or support@mailio.dk. Please include the address in question, what you are seeing, and whether it affects webmail, phone or computer.
How do I get updates?
We update this page during disruptions and planned maintenance. Status messages may be written in Danish. Support requests and follow-up are handled through our service desk at support.mailio.dk.
Planned maintenance
During maintenance, email may be delayed, but it is not lost: mail servers sending to you automatically try again.
